RETURNS / REFUND POLICIES

Returns for spectacles and sunglasses

Please inspect your glasses/sunglasses before wearing. All product is shipped without scratched lenses after careful inspection by Wise Eyes.

Returns for minor scratches will not be accepted.
– Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
– Item(s) must be returned in original condition with original packaging.

  • Item(s) must have all tags and stickers attached.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.
  • Customers bear the risk of loss for all items shipped to Wise Eyes until Wise Eyes accepts and receives the delivery from Australia Post.

Returns policy for contact lenses?

If your contact lens prescription changes and you still have unopened packets of lenses, Wise Eyes may be able to exchange these for lenses matching your new prescription.

The returned lenses must have been supplied by Wise Eyes and have a minimum of twelve months left until expiry date.

The boxes must not be marked.

Please contact us before returning any product.

Contact lenses are not exchangeable or refundable once seal has been broken.

Customers bear the risk of loss for all items shipped to Wise Eyes until Wise Eyes accepts and receives the delivery from Australia Post.
